Hi tribers❤️❤️❤️, I practice & teach yoga and meditation most of my life. It’s a side project for fun but in reality is a foundation integral part of all I do. Always had in person classes until I started touring. Then moved a lot of these classes online via zoom and then later in a platform called kajabi when I had all kind of courses and memberships - from yoga and meditation to artist management and label services, radio broadcasting, piano, vocals coaching, music production, DJ trainings and also other instruments w different instructors… Oh snap!! I didn’t mean this to be so long!🤷♀️ I did ask you here before some time ago whether you want me to share some yoga practices with you… The tribe has grown quite a bit ever since and now is a good time to throw this in here - use it or not… 😉 ❣️This practice is good for: -musicians, -people that work in front of computers a lot -and anyone who is NOT in a perfect body alignment for long periods of time; -as well as if you are somehow chronically stressed or feel pressured by circumstances….
