Every day in April, we’re celebrating by writing a new poem prompted simultaneously in each group. Most participants are hopping between the three groups to see what everyone is writing with the same prompt—such a fun way to connect and inspire! I’m also thrilled that several of my poems were just published in Jason’s book from Art of Poetry. AND we’re growing our lyrical skills in Ink & Alchemy. We started with just a single prompt or two daily, and we’ll expand from there—soon there will be classrooms on songwriting. I am very eager to present you my newly rebranded holistic centre Sophia Quantum. My main activity revolves nowadays around Water Consciousness Transmissions, and I also offer 1-2-1 facilitations and quantum/ transpersonal hypnotherapy sessions, treating anything from grieving to substance addictions and sexual abuse. As a graduate psycho-corporeal energetic facilitator, I use perception and consciousness to resolve any physical pain or imbalance.
