Tap Dancing on Wheels!?
Hey friends! I’ve been thinking about how tempting it is to try tap dancing in my skates but I’ve never heard of or seen anyone doing it. Falling
I’ve watched the videos on how to fall or how not to fall , but how can we avoid using our hands when landing ? I know sometimes it’s our first instinct and inevitable, but I really don’t want to end up hurt or with an injury 😔

I also do little wrist exercises beforehand and work on 'catch yourself improv' just in case cuz I've met myself 🤣

@Jay Griffin just hands palm together in front of you like a shark fin. I suppose you could put it at various heights depending upon how sharky you feel

Plates
My newest pair of skates are equipped with Avanti aluminum plates and I'm noticing that my trucks are a lot closer together than on my previous plates. It's totally throwing me through a loop. I feel like I have to relearn my weight distribution all over again. Hopefully it won't take too long to adjust to the difference. Anyone else experience this?

Nice, I'm in the market to court a full new setup and I know I need lighter plates then the ones stock on the beach bunny. I'm hearing there's some really nice magnesium plates that are supposed to be super light and was interested in those 🤷🏽
