Which Espresso based drink is your favourite?
OK so you'll notice that these are all from a more Australian menu list. I will share the PDF in the first comment below, that gives the detailed coffee Ratios & Recipes created by Artisi Coffee Roasters. Pick your favourite and tell us why 👇

As Italian I need to choose the espresso! Single or ristretto, it need to be a shot! Is double espresso just double water or also double coffee? Anyway, when living in the UK I surprisingly fell in love with Flat White Oat milk! It’s incredibly delicious and could drink tons of it!

Also, you know that what you call latte is what some children in Italy have for breakfast? 😂 Milk with splash of coffee and dipping biscuits in
Do you make your own blends?
Every now and then I’ll mix a few beans together (the ends of the bag) to make a blend as a chemex or filter brew. I’ve learnt a few things about blending this way. Do you do this?

Density and Moisture
Hey guys! I would like to ask all roasters in the community if you find really useful a density and moisture meter? Wether you use it before or after getting a green batch? Or any other thoughts? Thank you!

What moisture meter do you guys have? Would you buy a second hand one?

Is this an espresso or a pour-over… or something else entirely… What do you think?

Do you roast coffee either at home or to sell locally? If so what machine do you roast your coffee with?

@Luke Gilbert absolutely! Your reply is fruit of your experience and i think this is the main problem. When starting off from scratch you might know what you want to achieve, but have no clue of how to achieve it. Air flow, heat power, drum speed and different apps are all tools that if nobody is teaching you how to use them, then it will take a very long time to get a really good coffee. Right now i am thankful for the content findable on the internet and especially here on skool! But i think ideally it would be great to have a one-to-one session with a pro. But where do you find someone that would sell their recipe to a possible competitor? 😂

@Luke Gilbert Thank you Luke! That would be very helpful. I agree that a profile is not the recipe, but understanding what the beans need in order to extract flavours that would be good. Anyway, that’s my problem right now 😂😂
