Would taking a collagen supplement and drinking some bone broth every day be too much? I've read that too much collagen can affect the kidneys, and I don't want to do that!
Trying to find ways to make home workouts fun again. Does anyone have a rebounder that they use for exercise ? Is this one of those things you use for a month and then get bored of once the novelty wears off?
I just bought one!! It is harder than it looks, when you are new. I was told to do a gentle bounce where your feet don't leave the mat. Even doing this for 10 minutes a day for a month (to get used to it) will bring results!
