Alternative Method to get information on ADHD Harmony
Hi, is there anyway to READ the information and NOT watch the videos? I simply can NOT sit for 10 seconds in front of videos (I can spend 24 hours reading straight!)

Realised VERY late in life (although told by a Psychotherapist a few years ago) that I'm defintitely ADHD. I'm struggling to get a diagnosis in the UK
