In my one-on-one coaching, I pay close attention to time. I determine in advance how much time ⏲️ I will dedicate to the client and bill accordingly💰. During this time, I focus ⛳ on quality, goals, and results. At the end of each one-on-one session, both the client and I should have a clear understanding of the next steps, when we will meet again, and what indicators we can use to show that the client has achieved their goals. I support the client in clarifying their goals, recognizing how to achieve them, and removing obstacles. Large goals are broken down into smaller, manageable steps.
