Yes. I’m more likely to make it a point of being there when you do lives. I’ve been struggling to drop in. My plate is just full. I am thinking I have to treat classes more like a podcast and not a class so I can fit them in when I am doing manual tasks that take little brains. lol It’s always my intention to sit and make notes. But it’s hard to get me sitting and not already doing something else with my hands soooo.

@Gianmichael Salvato I’m not sure. I think I said a few helpful things when we spoke today. I know when you post I come to engage and usually poke around. I also know you’re competing for ppls attention and I do not think it’s a lack of interest but rather ppl are engaging where their attention is drawn. Like YouTube. Which I have had to break my addiction of and be very particular about what I watch there. YouTube seems to have mastered getting ppl there and keeping them there. idk how much content you want to be making or if you want to do it through youtube. They are definitely increase shorts on there to increase contact with ppl. And I will admit I have found ppl I enjoy watching when doom scrolling in the past and now add their content to my weekly watching. We could have talked about this forever today and I’m sure we will talk more again next time we connect.

I truly believe this and at the same time often forget it. Lol ❤️

Yessss! I am liking this aspect. Part of my goals this year is to live more intentionally. That includes my use of social media. Because I see value in this platform, the work you do and community you’re creating here I created a few pages in my habit tracker. One for interacting and commenting. The other to track the progress in courses I take here. Gamifying life works well for my neurotype for multiple reasons. ❤️

@Gianmichael Salvato lol that doesn’t surprise me in the least since you know how I operate. lol I am still amazed by the transformation of my journalling and planning practices that have transpired and how fluid and functional they are. It was super easy to add these trackers to my current system. ❤️😍🙌

Uh I didn’t know spiritual hygiene were 2 words that go together. It’s the first time I think I have heard this phrase which fascinates me. I had to go use Gemini AI to tell me exactly what Spiritual Hygiene is. Lol I think have always grouped this with self care and didn’t have another word for it. lol. Spiritual hygiene I an essential part of my daily care. ❤️

@Gianmichael Salvato lol Interesting. And yes it does. Which was neat because it gave me a means to inventory whether I am doing this at all or well. Lol It discussed what it can mean depending on beliefs and what those activities might be. It also explained what happens when we don’t take care of our Spiritual Hygiene and the sort of things that can manifest. I could link the response here if you like. Spiritual Hygiene is something I would encourage ppl to do because I see so much value in it.
