The esoteric message in the narrative of Rabbi Jesus' death and resurrection is the initiatory journey of the human soul: the crucifixion symbolises the death of the ego (false self) and material attachment, while the resurrection represents the awakening of the Christ consciousness (True Self), revealing that eternal life and oneness with Source are realised here and now. That's the path to wholeness and resilience. And it has nothing to do with the guilt, manipulation, superstition and primitive machinations of religion. And it never was.
