I have read that the right side is Yang and the left yin, which helps to explain why the first in the greeting is made with the right hand. In other places, I read that Yang is left & yin is right. Can someone please clarify for me. This issue came up during my class yesterday where I had a left-handed student who asked if she could make her fist with her left hand where she was more comfortable.

As we close out the year, we have one very important milestone to celebrate. Since we recently launched this new platform, we wanted to make sure we officially recognized @Jeff Coats for graduating from the SOHMA Tai Chi Program this past August! Jeff has shown incredible discipline and heart throughout his journey. We are so proud to see him reach this milestone and complete the program.
