Sooo I have this problem where I constantly overdoing things and instead of getting the results that I want i just make things worse🥹🤚🏻. Like for instance, I like to do home workouts and I really enjoy the burning feeling so I kept doing it even though my body is already shaking I just kept pushing through and now I have a bad backache. And another time I studied for a a week straight always waking up early but at the day of the quiz I didn’t make it cuz I overslept I didn’t realize I was burnt out also I was more focused on how to study rather than studying itself which is kinda frustrating since I always make a lot of effort only to get mediocre results. And the nothing part…whenever I break a routine it’s way harder for me to like get start on things so I just end up not doing anything 😭. Yeah, I don’t really know how to balance things it’s easier said than done. I joined since maybe I could learn more things here😔🤚🏻
