Getting to know me
Hey everyone! My name is Myra, and I'm a Global Employee Benefits Leader. When it comes to AI, I'd describe myself as someone who's been dabbling with ChatGPT and Claude and is genuinely excited about the possibilities. I'm especially hoping AI can help me with productivity and workflow — specifically replacing analyst-level work while maintaining full confidence in the output. I found this community because of the expertise, support, and resources available here, and I'm looking forward to learning alongside everyone. Oh, and fun fact: I once made a decision entirely based on a spreadsheet — soon AI will make that spreadsheet for me! I’m not the only one to do this, but this intro was prompted by Claude.

@Ron Davis my recent teams my sleeves are rolled up and doing this work. I appreciate the distinction though. The analysis is still needed after the data is sorted and processed

A Little about me
Myra Grizzle, HR - Benefits Leader. Interested in AI and working for companies that encourage AI utilization. I want to learn more so I can save time and improve accuracy. There are a lot of manual audits, and I'd love to create automation. Also, leave-of-absence pay tracking is complex due to state laws. I want to build a model to operationalize and comply with pay status processing. I live in Atlanta.

Hi Lori, I'm a Global Benefits Manager. I am interested in standardizing audits for enrollment and billing - typically this work takes is a drain, we only do it quarterly for our larger vendors. Also building out better cost projections based on claims data. Instead of relying on our vendors. Always better to trust but verify. Any other HR folks joining - It would be nice to have a sub-community.
