After 12+ years in high-ticket B2B sales, nothing has been more true. 💼 The 3 High Ticket Sales Lessons That Made Me $15M: 1️⃣ Hot vs. Cold Situations 🔥❄️ Temperature is how pressured you are for an ideal outcome. (Cold = low pressure, Hot = high pressure) Whoever has lower pressure is in more control and usually wins the deal. By default, the seller is always under more pressure to pay their bills. The buyer has 1 million potential options they could choose, all providing the same solution. ✔️Your job is to flip the script: - Heat up the buyer so they want to act now. - Calm yourself down and take control. ✔️Lower Your Pressure: - Remove any emotion from the sale. - Know the true value of your solution. - Don’t focus on selling; focus on helping. - Write down what will happen regardless of outcome. ✔️Increase Buyer Pressure: - Understand their situation and goals. - Present yourself as an expert advisor. - Appear calm and relaxed about the sale. - Show the value of your service by focusing on their needs. 2️⃣The Golden Questions 🏆 To understand the buyer's situation, there are 2 questions you must ask: 1) "Have You Worked With A Business Like Ours Before?" - This lets you understand the buyer's frame of mind. - If they say "Yes," they already have expectations you must meet. - If "No," you need to educate them and explain how you can serve them. 2) "What are your expectations?" - Building off the last one, this tells you exactly what they're expecting from your service. - Take notes on their main points and work it into your sales presentation. 3️⃣ Human Traits 👥 Most prospects will have the trait of being Lazy, Greedy, Anxious, or Impatient. Based on the 2 questions and everything you've learned about them, customize your pitch based on which trait they embody most: - Lazy? Offer a step-by-step plan that simplifies and minimizes the needed work. - Greedy? Stack your offer so it seems valuable, with exclusive discounts & bonuses. - Anxious? Offer a risk-free trial, or guarantee. - Impatient? Offer 3 quick wins in the 1st week.
