Morning Ethan, I want to start with property flipping, enjoy the diy aspects in property I'd like to think i have to knowledge on that side. I was recently made redundant from work, no fault of the company i worked for but clients and having this time to myself has made me realise that being out of job can happen again anytime so I have been wanting to get into property but work had always gotten in the way as could not commit with time. As being the only earner for my family I need to to get on to something solid and rewarding at same time not compromising the time with family.😊
