My sleep routine and energy levels Journaling streak and mental clarity Prayer regularity and inner peace 🌷 Reminders No one can waste my time except me. I don’t overwhelm myself; I use the 2-minute rule. The way I do anything is the way I do everything. I reflect weekly and monthly. I focus on one big thing each day.
