Understanding the Organization
For some time, I have been working on finding a way to help me understand the organizational chart of our ICP. The one I am especially focusing on is how to find the EA of the decision makers because LinkedIn does not say who their EA is. So, I am just wondering if anybody has some idea about this issue. Would appreciate everybody's help.

Which part is the hardest?
Hello Underdogs, Which part of the cold call do you find the hardest? Here are a few hints: Connect rate: Tech stack or data are the issue. Getting hung up on: Opener or Tone are the issue Not enough conversations: Pitch is the problem Not enough meetings from conversations: Objections Sat rate: You're not going deep enough with the problems. What's your nightmare?

I am basically facing the challenges around getting hung up on opener and not enough meetings from conversations.

Hello Underdogs! Over the last few months, we've taken Skool by storm. In 11 weeks, we got from nobodies to the top 1% of communities on the platform. I got a clear understanding of a cold caller mindset after interacting with so many amazing and experienced seniors and that I think is my biggest gain in the community.
Opener for Men and Women.
Any suggestions for Openers that are more effective when talking to Men which may not be good for Women and vice-versa?

@Steven L. Well, I just had this idea of trying something because I have noticed sometimes if the prospect is a women and we started the call with some cheesy line it will make open up they will try to engage in a conversation but there is always a equal probability that it might back-fire on us, so that's why I was asking if there is anybody who goes with this approach or something similar to it. When it comes to Men opener in a funny way most of the time works.
