وعلیکم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته You'll need to work on your mental strength. People overthink about situations. Start with improving your Tawakkul on Allah and learn about your mind. Make that soft corner Allah Subhana Wa talla that whenever something disturbs you, you know that this is from Allah and your Lord will save you from this. Cortisol and Adrenaline are the factors that help you in stress and anxiety. And they work by increasing your metabolism, heart rate respiratory rate and blood pressure etc. Say Alhumdulillah for it. People with weak Adrenal Gland experience fainting, cardiac arrest and death sometimes because their body can't cope with the emergency. Whenever your experience anxiety, say إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِرَاجِعونَ and La hawla wala quwata illa billa with the belief that He's the Almighty. Drink water, keep a chocolate or candy to give you burst of glucose. Sit if you are standing, stand if you are sitting and remove yourself from the area and go to place with fresh air and where you don't harm yourself (get to a side if you are on a road or if you are at a place where you can slip and fall, try to go somewhere safe or just sit down.) See a psychologist if you don't have someone to talk to. They usually treat without drugs if possible. Tell the close people about your condition and educate them about the first aid for you. Live a healthy lifestyle, eat good and sleep good. Eat more vegetables if possible, they say they help making a person calm innerly. These are general stuff. Recognize the signs and patrern of the attacks. Usually people already knows that an attack is incoming. Interestingly, we can call it AURA for some other diseases. Imagine Aura farming with a disease hahaha . If there is something else that you need help with then write. You can DM me as well if you feel uncomfortable.
@The little Me Wa iyakum. Sorry I forgot to get back to you. By mental strength, I mean you subconscious. The real you within you. Idk what circumstances have led you to this low energy and full of anxiety state. Re-define yourself. Start with the positive self talk. I'll try to find a book I read sometime ago. It's more practical and helped me a lot to use the information I already had and taught some new stuff too. The drugs involving serotonin and dopamine usually helps but long term use will definitely affect your normal body hormones. Find a good psychiatrist, try a few sessions. If it will help, keep it otherwise leave it. But keep a general rule for any appointment with a doctor. Never hide anything. I'm praying for all of you guys especially you now but I wish I could help you more. And the last thing, one definition of love in arabic is "helping the other person even if it hurts you and feeling satisfaction in it". You will never be burden to people who love you. And there is no shame for being dependent. It's nice of you think about them but it's okay to ask for help. May Al Salam give you peace and happiness Ameen.
August Mail❤️
Assalam o alaikum! In Aug i started a mail club of my own! This isn’t promotional 😭 okayyy just informational! And in the mail club i write letters personalised like so people remember they have a rab. Especially for depressed sad lonely people because it hit me that Wallahi i have a rab who loves me. Why am i sad? Am i deprived of jannah ? Or what? So well it was after i read Surah ad duha tafsir❤️ Butttttt this post is about me writing a letter/post related to it! To explain the month theme! Ill upload the previous month theme here from now on! ✨🤍 since i see alot of us struggle ofc silently 🫶🏻 (Btw its PAID! Originally but its FREE heree!🤍) Dear stranger, Do you know what Allah says in the Quran? فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ٥ So, surely with hardship comes ease. And in the next ayah Allah say,” إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ٦ Surely with ˹that˺ hardship comes ˹more˺ ease. [94;5-6] Allah never said life is going to be easy, nor that we will be having alot of fun and even the fun us temporary right? The thing Allah promised to some people is jannah🤍 The same Allah that is promising us ease is also saying “with hardship” like if we remove hardship we won’t need ease no?? But this is this world. Allah himself says with hardship comes ease, and with the “same” hardship comes another ease. How merciful my rab is🥹 and we here be dying because someone said something? Because someone doesn’t care about us? Because someone’s was mean to you? While Allah is giving us 2 ease with one hardship. How can I anyone be this mericful? Surely, only the dab ul alameen. When a women becomes a mother she eventually have pity for every child. Animal loves have pity towards every animal. The who created all of us feeds us How can he not love us? Do you know why it feels so heavy inside that heart that Allah created? Why that soul feels heavy that Allah created? Because its craving his Rab and you are straving him with people. There is a major difference between having Allah in your heart. In islam, your heart the qalb. Which is not just an organ in islam. Then, praying and performing the obligations.

وعلیکم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته SubhanAllah. Just a note, our father Adam AS and us are not here as a punishment. Allah forgave Adam AS and He will also forgive us إن شاءلله.

@Zizii I Wa iyakum. Nope it wasn't as a correction. It's just a general note. I have a seen a lot of Muslims with this thought that this world where our father was sent for punishment, how can you expect it to be good? Especially this thought or idea comes to the depressed (low imaan phase) Muslims . May Allah bless you too sister. Keep up the good work. Barak Allah fi.

السلام علیکم ورحمة الله وبركاته Just an advice as a senior, don't ever forget why you wanted to be a Doctor, Never Ever. The future circumstances and the in-field experiences will make you question your choice really hard. Good luck for your journey. May Al Aleem open doors of Knowledge for you. Ameen
🟡 Facing a Problem and Need Help
Assalamou alaikoum I'm facing a problem now and I don't know what to do Well we have a school project (make a website but it's only front end html css and Js ) but the team I'm currently in is kinda toxic , they do not listen to my ideas and suggestions and only do as they wish , I'm responsible of making the home page of the website and I need their files (the codes that they wrote for this website ) in order to put it all in one folder and make the links between the pages , the thing is that when i told them to send me the files , one of them told me that she will not send them and she thinks that we have to meet in person first and do the work together, the problem here is that we don't have enough free time between classes to be able to meet up and also I can't focus when people around are talking so I can't be productive if we really go like she said , I told her about this issue but she said that she doesn't care and this is not her problem, I started reconsidering my choice and whether I should keep doing this project with them or abandon all the work I have done and make another projet on my own (the teacher said we can make the project without a team ) , note that we are passing tests right now and pressure is immense as I also have to study for the tests , and if I decide to leave my team I can use Ai to make my work faster If you have been in a similar situation or have any suggestions please don't hesitate to help me , I'll appreciate any advice 😊

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Don't abandon them but distant yourself. If you can use AI to do your own project, then use it to the part that they are not sending and submit the whole group project by yourself and just say "You're Welcome" and try not to join them again if they don't understand and change.

Letter 16 💌
Assalam o alaikum! Brothers and sisters! A brother 19 needs your help “I have been here like 3 times but didn’t write anything because it seems weak, and also like I am not trusting Allah, so I am writing this to get authentic advice, lie interpretation of verses or Hadiths or any quote of scolaire Like 2 months ago a starting making money from a local business, I didn’t wanted to start a job because I have a Hadith of praying in a mosque, so a job will take that from me, the business took a while to get of the floor but 2 months ago a made real money, not that much but enough, my family found out and now I have to pay.. every month and contribute to a lot of stuff, the problem is I have my own goals and I need to get stuff done, I started this business for those things, for umrah, to fund other businesses and to do hijrah not only that but a business isn’t stable income, last month wasn’t good, and on top of that I also have to pay my studies, I don’t want to break down in front of them, they want me to help my mother go to Pakistan to get involved in her brother marriage, I already give money to my mother I have nothing against that, I would never not give back to my mother, but here I am at a lack of knowledge, I don’t know if I should give because she is my mother or not because she is shi’a and her brother as well.., so I am sending her to. Environment of shirk and a lot of messed up stuff, the same is for the marriage of my sister, she is Sunni like me but the Pakistani culture has a lot of haram, not only that but I feel like I don’t fit with them, I try to avoid haram and innovation, they make full of me and call me qari, when I entre the room I some because the clown everyone makes fun off, alhamduillah I sametimes do get the silence to share my views on stuff and this way I can get some dawah in, but I really feel alone most of the time, as a Pakistani in France I also don’t have friends, I speak French and all, I talk to people but I am never the first option because I am too religious to them I have found some religious friends but even them, they are not really my friends, we talk and it’s all, I can’t make plans, I am a boring company, I am used always be in the first row now… I am close to always last, to add to all of that I also suffer with lust, i workout and eat well so my test is out the roof, i wake up and feel it, and during the day as well I just try to occupy myself, I don’t need advise on this, i need advice on the first part, what do I do with wealth, kids at 17 have the driving permit that there parents pay, and I dont, I don’t have the money because I have to pay my parents, all of this and I get 0 privacy, I don’t have a room, I sleep in the guest area connected to all the rooms and the door that leads outside the house I can’t sleep until everyone is a sleep, I want to follow the sunnah and sleep after Isha and wake up for tahajjud but this makes it hard I want to read Quran after fajr but I can’t turn on the lights, This makes me feel really weak and feminine, I don’t Want to tap submit,… I don’t want to read it back to correct the errors sorry, it makes me cringe

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Subhan Allah, just by reading I was feeling depressed and pessimist. Let's start from the starting line. Business is better in terms of a source of income, but people keep doing jobs side by side or the other way as well. If you can, try to find a half time flexible job or work based on hour. A seeker is the finder so go out and try. Insha Allah, you'll find it. The money that you earn is never yours completely. Taking care of your family is not a burden but a blessing. Allah chose you and made you are source of food and income for them instead of you being dependent on them. A giving hand is far better than receiving hand. You are working hard and Allah is a Friend to the one who earns halal and do hard work. You got one of the best partners with you, y r u worrying? Trust the most trustworthy, rizq is something that will find you before you find it. Be thankful to Allah for the blessings that you have. A bed that doesn't feel enough is enough if you think. Just like you know about the people who are millionaires at 18, know about the people who are homeless and live on the streets at age of 10,20,30 and so on. Be thankful and Allah will give you more. Don't be upset with the people who hurt you. We are meant to be strangers. Each comment and each disrespect is a petition of your loyalty to Allah, the one and the Al-Mighty. Imagine, tomorrow you wake up and find everyone praising you and appreciating you but you know Allah is angry with you, will it worth it? Whole world could turn against you but having Him at your side changes everything, you will be successful in this life and the hereafter. Remember for who's love you are taking those comments and keep in mind that He will return the favor in the best impossible way. Sins are something that destroys, belief, Amal, Rizq (money health etc) and can lead to depressed mental health. Find people with the same mindset. You go to mosque, talk with people there. Maybe there is a job opportunity as well. Even in the Sunnah you'll find Holy Prophet S.A.W turning to his beloved people like his Wife Khadijah R.A and his friend Abu Bakr R.A. Find your Khadijah and find your Abu Bakr.
