πŸ›Œ Sleep: Slept around 12:45 AM πŸ˜‡ Wake-up for Namaz: Ammi ne uthaya - at 6:20 AM for Namaz e Fajr 🌀️ Wake-up: Woke up around 9:30 AM πŸ˜‡ Prayers: Fajr, Zuhr, Asar done - Alhumdulillah ☝️ Today’s Reminder: "Learn how you can shift your mood from laziness to progress". 🎯 Target: Build discipline, improve routine, and stay consistent with learning and execution - InshaAllah. ⏰ DAY FLOW πŸ•£ 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Woke up and got fresh. Light Exercise. Breakfast. πŸ•£ 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Completed my daily 1-hour personal task. πŸ•£ 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM Opened Community, replied to comments, engaged, took one small lecture. Watched Sir @Muhammad Shayan First lecture of SMM. πŸ•£ 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM Prayed Zuhr. Had Lunch. Had tea from outside. Spend time with family. πŸ•£ 3:00 PM – 4:40 PM Write my SMM Assignment & shared in the comment & post as well. Faced Low B.P & Headache because of less sleep, and screen. As you can see in picture. πŸ•£ 4:40 PM – 5:00 PM Prayed Asar. πŸ•£ 5:00 PM - Onwards Read the post by Sir @Asim Irfan Title - "Lead Generation Course | Assignment Instructions" Watched 1st Video "Course Outline" from Lead Generation Course. - Going to make Wazu for Prayer - Maghrib. - Will complete my today's task after Namaz. - Will watch Lead Generation Course both videos + will make Notes & Assignment by the end of this day InshaALLAH. - Will make Tomorrow's "TO-DO-LIST". - Then agar time bacha tou koi Movie dekh lengy.. achi si. Taa ke mood acha rahay. and Balance routine rahay ..! Because khudko appreciate karna bhi zarori hai Ending me. 🌱 Reflection: Aaj mein ne laziness aur low energy ke bawajood apni responsibilities, learning, aur assignments continue rakhy Alhumdulillah. Health issue ke bawajood progress stop nahi ki. I think we can say this is also discipline. 🀯 Takeaway: Perfect routine zaroori nahi, consistent effort zaroori hoti hai. 6am Woke up 8am Had Breakfast 8:30 Leave to office 7pm Came back to home after all day or job working 7:30 had some dinner because ek shadi ki dawat b khani thi 8pm starts watching mind mystery session and watched 2 freelancing videos from classroom and made my mind that from January 1st I will start making notes and will participate in live sessions too 10pm start preparing for function 10:30 Leave for function 11:30 Had shadi ka Khana (Tikka and finger fish) 1am back to home 1:30 went to bad for sleep Experience : Whatever you decide with high intensions, your mind will take it seriously

Date: 28 December 2025 Day: Sunday One thing I want to remember about today: Watched a YouTube Video about "Visualization" and learned a lot from the video about the topic and gain actionable knowledge. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Went to bed at 7:30am morning and woke up 3pm What data will I look up after a month or year? At December 2026 2000$/M from my blog site and 3000$/M from freelancing on Upwork in SEO domain Reminders: ● No one can waste my time except me. ● Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. ● The way you do anything is the way you do everything. ● Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. ● Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. ● Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: 1.Sort out ups issue 2. Finished remaining household chores 3.
