π Sleep: Slept around 12:45 AM π Wake-up for Namaz: Ammi ne uthaya - at 6:20 AM for Namaz e Fajr π€οΈ Wake-up: Woke up around 9:30 AM π Prayers: Fajr, Zuhr, Asar done - Alhumdulillah βοΈ Todayβs Reminder: "Learn how you can shift your mood from laziness to progress". π― Target: Build discipline, improve routine, and stay consistent with learning and execution - InshaAllah. β° DAY FLOW π£ 9:30 AM β 10:30 AM Woke up and got fresh. Light Exercise. Breakfast. π£ 10:30 AM β 11:30 AM Completed my daily 1-hour personal task. π£ 11:30 AM β 1:30 PM Opened Community, replied to comments, engaged, took one small lecture. Watched Sir @Muhammad Shayan First lecture of SMM. π£ 1:30 PM β 3:00 PM Prayed Zuhr. Had Lunch. Had tea from outside. Spend time with family. π£ 3:00 PM β 4:40 PM Write my SMM Assignment & shared in the comment & post as well. Faced Low B.P & Headache because of less sleep, and screen. As you can see in picture. π£ 4:40 PM β 5:00 PM Prayed Asar. π£ 5:00 PM - Onwards Read the post by Sir @Asim Irfan Title - "Lead Generation Course | Assignment Instructions" Watched 1st Video "Course Outline" from Lead Generation Course. - Going to make Wazu for Prayer - Maghrib. - Will complete my today's task after Namaz. - Will watch Lead Generation Course both videos + will make Notes & Assignment by the end of this day InshaALLAH. - Will make Tomorrow's "TO-DO-LIST". - Then agar time bacha tou koi Movie dekh lengy.. achi si. Taa ke mood acha rahay. and Balance routine rahay ..! Because khudko appreciate karna bhi zarori hai Ending me. π± Reflection: Aaj mein ne laziness aur low energy ke bawajood apni responsibilities, learning, aur assignments continue rakhy Alhumdulillah. Health issue ke bawajood progress stop nahi ki. I think we can say this is also discipline. π€― Takeaway: Perfect routine zaroori nahi, consistent effort zaroori hoti hai.
