These are my two sweethearts, my best friends Lady and Buddy. Brother and sister, they came into my life when they were tiny kittens and in so many ways they raised me. I loved them dearly and because of prioritizing thier well being, I ended up in such a good and safe place in my own life, I may not have otherwise. Lady lived to be 15 years and Buddy, 18 years. Sadly they have both now passed of old age and hereditary kidney illness but they live on in my heart. I can't express how much I love and miss these two beauties.
Tonight Aura Live Cancelled
Hi All!!! Happy Thursday ❤️❤️ I have moved tonight’s Aura Live to Monday next week. I have injured my back and I can’t move my upper back and neck. Hopefully, I will get better over the weekend and we will be back on Monday ! ❤️

@Klaudia Moon it is really a good read! I saw it for a long time too before something compelled me to give it a go. The core message is about how we are Awareness and not the ego self/ego voice. If we learn to live from a state of awareness and not from ego we will have a transformative experience and achieve a state of true peace. It's great for over-thinkers like me whose inner voice is always chatting away lol 😆

Hello @Klaudia Moon 💕 I'm on Vancouver Island so the live is 2am for me, I'll try to make it as I do work tonight until about midnight. But if I miss it, I'll totally watch the replay, very excited! 😊 Will the live be available through the Skool app, or is it zoom? Just want to make sure I've got the ability to join in.

Morning Meditation
Good morning 🔥🔥 We have been chatting a lot about struggles with staying in the present moment recently and how our mind keeps us distracted. Grounding meditations, visualisation of trees or even working on your Root Chakra can be a fantastic way to bring you back to present moment.
