🧐 What is your go-to spiritual practice?
Which practice do you do most regularly and why? I'm interested to hear what lasting changes your practice has brought you. I'm a meditation guy but I practice a lot of Qigong as well. Check out our Podcast on The Transformative Power of Meditation. Justin ❤️

🧐 What is your go-to spiritual practice?

My only practice is breathing before sleep is sometimes breathing, when I feel like it. What I am doing however most is the spiritual embodiment which has become something my body naturally refers to. Like swaying, Singing. Humming, Twitching etc. I am in a state of expanded consciousness all the time now, so there is no really a need to do something else😂😇❤️‍🔥
Why do all attempts at community seem to follow the same route?
I have seen and partaken in many spiritual groups over the last 40 years, most have systematically followed that same pattern of rise and collapse. I've tried to understand this from many points of view, spiritual, psychological, group dynamics, and others. All were interesting but left me unsatisfied and with the feeling that something was missing. A few years ago I discovered Complex Systems Theory and had a eureka moment. Human groups can be understood as Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS), composed of interacting agents whose local behaviors give rise to emergent global structures. Within such systems, certain individuals can become attractors—points around which attention, meaning, and coordination begin to organize. This dynamic is particularly visible in cult formation. From an initially diverse population, one agent emerges as a central attractor. Attention flows toward this individual in the form of praise, trust, and projection. In return, the leader produces meaning—“wisdom”—which reinforces the followers’ orientation toward them. A positive feedback loop is established: attention generates authority, and authority amplifies attention. As this loop intensifies, the system begins to close in on itself. Information that contradicts the internal structure is filtered out, while coherence within the system is reinforced. The group evolves toward an increasingly autonomous and self-referential organization, where alignment is rewarded and deviation is either corrected or rejected. What emerges is not merely social cohesion, but a form of dynamic enclosure. This process can be mapped onto the NSS/SOS landscape of consciousness. NSS (Non-Survival Sensations) correspond to openness, exploration, and the capacity to perceive the full landscape of experience. SOS (Survival-Oriented Sensations), by contrast, narrow the field around threat, control, and stability. In the early stages of group formation, NSS dynamics may dominate—curiosity, inspiration, a sense of shared meaning. But as the system grows in complexity and begins to protect its own structure, SOS dynamics increasingly take over.

@Sara Paterson I am afraid this happens very often, maybe even more in spiritual contexts than in others. I hope I will be able to act different...
The Rise and Fall of Alan Watts 🔥
Here is my tribute to and my criticism of the enigmatic and wonderful Alan Watts. But what do you think 🧐 genius or fraud❓

This is an interesting question Justin. I have seen his videos on YT but somehow never felt called to watch them. As the daughter of a man who drank himself to death I am not able to detach the man and his message from the drinking part. ...
What movie(s) tipped you off?
I loved the movie the Matrix...but another one that I felt like was truth in plain sight was Stargate. I remember I went to see the movie with a friend of mine and by the end my wheels were turning...my friend just thought it was a good movie...oh well. He was deeply entrenched in blue pill world.

I like that Michelle. Thank you for sharing. It is nice having same pathways, even if they are only small ones ...😊

@Mah Hussain-Gambles I made a very amazing experience last week. I discovered my Andromedan lineage and also that my divine mission is linked to this. Sooner or later this will come to all star seeds, maybe later to all? If you have already made similar experiences, I would be pleased to hear them. By the way, it was the first time that I was accused of fake😂🤣😂
The ONLY way is through 🔥
For anyone going through a tough time. I have lost everything multiple times and had to start from zero. Here's what I learned and how it changed me... 👉 Question - how have tough times shaped the person you are today❓ https://youtu.be/ur1GPXRUJZw?is=z1EnHrWNok0jjlVQ

Thank you for sharing a bit of your story, Justin. Here is mine. Looking back, it feels as if my whole life has been a dark night of the soul. The gene key describing my life is 47, called oppression. So my whole life was about suffering, not being able obviously to change things. I also experienced a lot of spiritual interference, but I didn't know about this. I started personal development more than 30 years ago, but whatever I tried it did not work, could not work Things got better a bit when I discovered EFT tapping, but there was not really a change. It was such a relief to discover the gene keys and to find out that all this suffering was by design, had a purpose. I was supposed to transform the suffering but did not know how to do it. It was only when I found out that I am not defined by my childhood trauma that there is something greater than me that I can connect to, that something really started to change. I did shadow work and finally found out that embodiment was the missing piece. When something comes up now I can deal with it very differently. I tell myself that this is probably a test to see how much I have evolved😂🤣😂I also receive a lot of guidance now how to deal with things, this is quite amazing ✨❤️💪🙏
