What's actually inside Lead Gen Insiders (the full breakdown)
Happy 4th of July everyone 🇺🇸 Yesterday I announced the July 4th deal: Join Lead Gen Insiders before midnight on Monday and get 12 months of Consulti AI Pro free. A $1,200 value, gone after July 6. But honestly, the software savings is the small win. The real independence is being able to generate clients on demand. No waiting on referrals, no praying to an algorithm. Nothing has done more for my financial freedom than learning to create leads out of thin air, and that's exactly the skill Insiders teaches. People ask me all the time what's actually inside The Insiders. Here's the honest breakdown. No fluff, just what you get. The training: modules on cold email, Claude Code, AI outreach, offer building, sales, Clay, n8n, GHL, Meta ads, LinkedIn, warm email, and social outreach. Constantly updated as we test new things in my own businesses(and the stuff I can't teach on Youtube). The community: small-group coaching calls with me weekly, direct access to me and my team, and agency owners at every stage of the journey. 100+ video testimonials if you want receipts. The whole program, LIFETIME access. You pay once. The bonuses: → GHL CRM (3 months free, then $49/month) → 93 million B2B leads download → PR article and award (over $1,000 value) → Claude Code cold email skills (install in one click) → Inbox Insiders agency account (no setup fees on mailboxes for you and your clients) → Deal vault with discounts on Stripe, Notion, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Claude, Make, and Apify And through Monday only, the big one: 12 months of Consulti AI Pro at no cost. Tomorrow I'll break down exactly what Consulti does and why it's the tool my own team runs outbound on. That post is worth reading even if you never join. Ready now? Lock it in before the deal disappears: Claim the July 4 deal here

Why I Quit ActiveCampaign Overnight
Seriously… you're lighting money on fire. Close to $1,000/month for tools like ActiveCampaign. And for what? Sending + dashboards. Here's what I'm using instead: Listmonk - Free, open-source email tool - No subscriber limits - No sending limits Amazon SES - ~$0.10 per 1,000 emails - Better deliverability than most tools And the best part… I run the entire system through Claude. No dashboards. No clicking around. Just commands. You go from: "managing email campaigns" → "running a system" Most people are stacking tools …and paying hundreds (or thousands) every month. When you can run the same (or better) setup for almost nothing. If you want the full setup guide + Claude skill I use: Comment "Monk" below 👇

💰The Highest-ROI Hire I Never Made
The best copywriters I've worked with all had one thing in common: They were slow to ramp. Before they could write a usable ad, they needed to absorb: - Brand voice - Worldview and beliefs - Offer mechanics - Buyer language - Market context Then 6 months later, they'd leave. We manage hundreds of thousands in monthly ad spend, and that cycle just didn't scale. So I stopped hiring writers and started building systems. Specifically: one Claude project. I trained it on the same things I'd train a copywriter on: - Humanization skills - Tone of voice - Worldview and beliefs - Signature phrases - Content generation rules - Ad scripting frameworks - Niche-specific market knowledge The same onboarding process. Except it took a weekend instead of six months. Since then, we haven't needed a single revision. If you're still hiring for copy at scale, you might be solving a training problem with a hiring budget. Comment "SKILLS" and I'll send over my curated Claude Code skills, commands, and agents.

We Closed Alibaba Without a Pitch
We landed Alibaba as a client from a cold email. Not because the copy was great. Because we stopped making it look like a cold email. Here's the thing. Every cold email follows the same pattern. Hook, pain point, social proof, ask. Your prospect's brain has seen it ten thousand times. They archive it before they finish the first sentence. I call this telegraphing the sale. The fix is what I call the Trojan horse frame. Instead of pitching, you reach out as a journalist. A podcast host. A researcher. Someone doing a case study feature. The frame changes what the email feels like, so the brain doesn't auto-archive it. But here's the part most people mess up. The frame has to be real. If you say you're writing an article, write the article. If you say it's a podcast, have a real podcast. You fake it and you'll get reported and torched. When the frame is genuine, reply rates jump from the normal 1-2% up to 10-20%. That's not a small thing. That's the difference between a dead campaign and a pipeline. Back to Alibaba. My team reached out through a publication they actually own. Asked about their B2B growth strategy for an article. The interview happened. The piece got published. The relationship turned into a client. The email didn't pitch anything. It offered something real. The frame just opened the door. Comment "Insiders" if you want proven outreach strategies most people discover too late.
