I have a campaign dedicated to remarketing , targeting people that added to cart or searched my Kw ,always worked well , but is there a need for that still , if i have a pmax account running on that brand?

Using Priorities
I sell branded products, and some campaigns have been a nightmare due to negative search terms—leading to wasted ad spend and poor CTR. To fix this, I recently started running two Shopping campaigns per brand. I set the main campaign to low priority with higher bids, and a secondary campaign to high priority with lower bids. I exclude branded keywords from the high-priority campaign, which filters out low-quality traffic into the cheaper campaign, while sending high-quality branded traffic to the main one. So far, this setup has been great for sorting traffic effectively. Are there any downsides I should be aware of?

Pmax -Ad Rank
Since Google changed how Performance Max (PMax) campaigns are ranked in Google Shopping—now using ad rank instead of prioritizing PMax by default—my PMax performance has dropped significantly. If I set my Shopping campaign priority to "low," will that help shift more traffic back to my PMax campaign?

@Joey LeClear So getting back to Performance Max — I followed your advice, and I’m noticing that most of the budget (like 90%) in PMax is going to Shopping. But now it looks like from available metrics that PMax and my regular Shopping campaigns are kind of fighting each other. What’s the best way to use PMax these days? Should it just be a backup to catch what Shopping misses, and keep Shopping as the main driver? I’m selling branded products — should I block brand terms from PMax and let it catch non branded searches or whatever else it finds, leaving shopping as main ? Or should I just shut down Shopping completely and go all-in on PMax? Honestly, I’m not sure what Google actually wants us to do here.
Pmax Advantage?
Why would I use Pmax over shopping campaign ? both show search terms , shopping has Troas machine learning as well , so whats benifit

Pmax campiagn
Hi , When setting up a new Performance Max campaign, it's frustrating that all the headline and description fields are automatically populated. I have to delete them manually every time I want to input my own text. Is there any way to disable this auto-populate feature?
