@Zachary Pearson - Ive been an investor for a long time and i very rarely go to the MLS to look for deals I want my deals off market, the ones on the MLS are generally over priced, but that doesnt mean you cant get a deal from there... if youre great at negotiating the price thats a huge value for a builder. The builder generally knows where they'll have to be in order to make money so follow up with the zillow listings and try to drop the price on them. I personally use x leads to find vacant lots 1 acre or less. I also have lots of buyers so if you need help selling a lot let me know!

JV on large deals.....
Hi, hope you are all well I have plan for flipping land. Have some knowledge about who are buying and about sellers as well and can get BIG profit but in land not in houses. But on JV I need some escrow deposit that you provide. We will settle about profit. BUT ONLY THAT ARE INTERESTED. IT MAY BE SOMEWHERE RISKY IF NOT DONE CORRECTLY

Hello, I am doing land deals, and out of all the deals i've closed I've never actually sent the EMD I have the end buyer to it...but either way I'm interested in doing more land deals! So would love to connect!

I've gut buyers in Florida, NC, TX and Arizona id you have land in any of those states id love too float it passed my buyers
