My journal from yesterday and this morning. Already started the challenge this morning and have made that time for myself even after some late night gym sessions. The LAST Challenge Day 💪🏽⚔️
Greetings Team! We MADE IT! The final team challenge day of this 21 day Challenge! Once again this is an opportunity to Finish STRONG. To get everything that you came for and more. To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: 🥁 LEG LIFTS 🥁 - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚡️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚡️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚡️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky. (picture and example below) Post your goals in the comments below and let's see who came to START and FINISH this challenge with all they got! LAST SET BEST SET LETS GOOOOOOOOO! 🏁

Tonight I went back to the gym for the first time since I was pregnant and that was a milestone for me as I have been living at yoga and it was this challenge that helped me realize that I needed to build my strength again physical and goal seeking. I have been searching the last few days of what I was going to do and take from this challenge after it was done and as always when you listen the universe will guide you. My morning routine and habits are about myself first thing in the morning and now the ability to go to the gym in the evening when yoga class is unavailable. I stepped on the scale for literally the first time since I found out I was pregnant and that number I am really fighting ego with but I have put in the work the last two weeks and making the changes. I know this is why I don’t own a scale for myself and 3 girls in the house whom could get fixated on that number..it’s about how You feel inside not a number.
