Greetings Team! We MADE IT! The final team challenge day of this 21 day Challenge! Once again this is an opportunity to Finish STRONG. To get everything that you came for and more. To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: πŸ₯ LEG LIFTS πŸ₯ - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚑️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚑️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚑️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky.
