Mission 5: Momentum Drop Tolerance
Initiate a short interaction. The moment the other person stops contributing, you do not save it. Rules: • You do not add energy • You do not ask another question • You do not explain yourself • You let silence exist for 2–3 seconds You allow the interaction to end on its own. This mission proves: You don’t collapse when momentum drops. Reply DONE and describe the silence.
Mission 4: Environment Shift
Do Mission 1 or 2, but in a new environment. Examples: - Grocery store line - Café - Elevator - Gym - Public transit - Restaurant - Bar or lounge Same rules. New terrain. You are not increasing difficulty. You are expanding where you feel socially free. This mission proves: Confidence is portable. Reply DONE in this thread once you’ve completed it and say which environment you did it in.

@David Mayberg nice where’d you do it
Micro-Commitment 1: Stop Living in Reaction
Most men are not “bad at socializing.” They are living in reaction. Living in reaction looks like this: - You do not know who you are - You do not know what you value - You do not know what you want - You do not understand your emotional patterns So you enter social situations trying to get a result. That creates the same problem every time: - You go into your head - You start performing - You try to impress - You try to make the moment better And you lose presence. New rule: Remember your Self always comes through. If you are grounded, almost anything you say lands. If you are not grounded, even perfect words feel off. Micro-Commitment for today: Have one conversation where your only goal is to stay out of your head. No impressing. No proving. Just present. Just normal. After, reply DONE and tell us where you did it.
Welcome. Read this First.
This is a small founding group for people rebuilding their social confidence and social circle from scratch. This isn’t a content group. It's a place to practice showing up in real life, together. I know what it feels like to be the most popular kid in high school, to losing all my friends in my 20s then making them back from scratch. For the next 21 days, the goal is simple take small social actions, even if they feel a little uncomfortable at first. A few ground rules to keep this space supportive: • Effort matters more than perfection • No advice unless someone asks for it • Small wins absolutely count • Everyone participates in some way Your first step (do this today) Reply to this post with 1. Your name 2. One sentence on why rebuilding your social life matters to you right now

What social situation should I film next?
I’m deciding which real-life social reps to film next. What’s one situation that currently feels awkward, unclear, or easy to avoid for you?
