Congratulations guys, we have hit a hundred!
-Reflections on the first 39 days. First off, WOW, I love coming in here every day and being here with you all. This group is not for everyone...most guys just want to stay average and stay where they are. Which is crazy but WE are setting the example for them and leading the way.
This is an elite band of brothers in here. The energy in the feed every day from all of you posting your challenge updates has been insane! And to all the new guys this week, WELCOME!

-Personal note: Cold Shower Challenge day 39 done, Ive been doing them before bed the last 3 nights. Totally different energy, my Whoop recovery score has been off the charts, and i know that the benefits that come from this discipline can be for before training to boost your T or before bed to sleep. Several ways to benefit. Going to bed and having your body temp lower is great for quality sleep.
-Hope you've all tried the burger recipe in the classroom, A New Recipe of the month loading this week. Keep an eye out for that!
