Weekend Reps
Sometime before Sunday night, drop one line below: - One thing you’re letting go of this weekend - One thing you’re choosing instead No explanations. No coaching. No fixing each other. Just men practicing awareness instead of autopilot. We rebuild identity in moments like this — when we stop proving and start listening. Have a grounded weekend, brothers. 👑

I’m letting go of the pressure to try and wrap up too many loose ends (work, projects, to-do lists…) before the end of the year and just going to spend more time enjoying the Christmas season, family and friends.

@Enrico Mezzapelle intentional - that’s a great way to step up.
Who I am
Hello everyone! Grew up with many learning difficulties in school. I like cars, play sports with family friends, I enjoy looking at real estate properties. Love learning about Marco/mirco economics placing trades in the financial market. I enjoy coming up with ways to overcome learning difficulties. Focus, discipline, habits, helping people with their struggles. I have traveled around Canada, born again Christian since 2024-05-27. I had mobile detailing business Currently work for a fruits and vegetable inspection company.

@Enrico Mezzapelle great response - I love your passion! Still detailing as well - or moved on completely from that?

@Enrico Mezzapelle haha - the right answer is my truck does not get cleaned often enough because I’m the guy who does it. All that said, I have an appreciation for detailing. I ran a detail division at two dealerships I was the service manager of - but that was a long time ago now

Module 6 in my coaching is Daily Disciplines - the tension in ambivalence probably gets me most right here at the moment. My subconscious mind enjoys the known comfort of the guy I've been for a long time... but there's no holding back the man I'm becoming - I actually know the way - the path to get there in many regards because I've been there before (Moab - circa 2008 photo - best shape of my life...) I wasn't a complete man then - my fitness and strength were very good but I was falling down in other ways. NOW - creating the identity God put inside my DNA and finding the agreement of discipline that says repeatedly: "I AM who God says I AM and today my actions will prove it." - DO THE REPS!!

🔥 Starting Something New Feels Like This…
Starting something like this brotherhood is a lot like pushing a boulder uphill. No momentum. No crowd.Just you, the grind, and the conviction that the top is closer than it feels. But here’s the truth I can already see the ridge — the moment this thing crests the hill and starts rolling on its own. Men joining men.Iron sharpening iron.A movement that builds its own momentum. That’s why we’re gathering every Thursday night. 👉 The Brotherhood Hangout Open, real conversation. Men doing the work together. And yes — it’s free. Bring a friend. This week’s topic: Ambivalence. That tension between the old identity you’re leaving behind and the new identity God is pulling you into.(Also known as: the reason I sometimes jam out on those morning gym sessions 😅) And PS — AI gave me a jawline I apparently paid extra for in that boulder photo… but the grit? That’s real. That’s what starting looks like. Come join us Thursday night.Let’s build the kind of momentum that changes lives.

Truth: I love doing hard things — but it’s a whole different kind of strength when you’re doing them with men you learn with and learn from. When I was younger, I took pride in being the lone wolf.Suffering on my bike… training alone… hiking alone… testing myself.Back then, I thought the reward was proving something to myself. Took me a few decades to realize:There’s almost no reward in impressing yourself. And the world keeps telling men the opposite. Now I’m starting new things — but I’m doing it with a crew.Men beside me. Men sharpening me. Men I trust. That’s what we’re doing here. Someone once said, “You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”Well… this group is quickly becoming the place where intentional men hang out to level up — not just their sovereign mindset, but their character, humility, integrity, and calling. Ezekiel 37 — God breathing life into dry bones and raising an army.I refuse to spend my life around people who are spiritually dead. It’s a great time to be alive.God is moving. And I’m grateful for every one of you showing up —iron sharpening iron.
