Getting my reps in...
Module 6 in my coaching is Daily Disciplines - the tension in ambivalence probably gets me most right here at the moment. My subconscious mind enjoys the known comfort of the guy I've been for a long time... but there's no holding back the man I'm becoming - I actually know the way - the path to get there in many regards because I've been there before (Moab - circa 2008 photo - best shape of my life...) I wasn't a complete man then - my fitness and strength were very good but I was falling down in other ways. NOW - creating the identity God put inside my DNA and finding the agreement of discipline that says repeatedly: "I AM who God says I AM and today my actions will prove it." -
