The transformer of a LinkedIn profile picture
First I asked AI for a sports jacket and pocket handkerchief. Then I asked for a warmer and engaging look. LinkedIn profile picture, done ✅

Hey Teja, when at this size, the AI version looks like you with a different shirt on and a blazer. However, in my opinion when you open up the AI version full size, that is NOT Teja Mc Daniel. The photo you are using for your actual LinkedIn page appears to be this same person, who when you open it up you will see, is clearly NOT you.

Thanks Teja. Some frustrating challenges I have faced with my job search have been to overcome the hiring persons hesitation to hire me when they see that I am an active board member of an international company, most feel this is a distraction and will take presidence over the job to which I am applying. Another is frequently getting interviewed by someone who I am positive feels threatened if I were to get hired. 9 times out of 10 I don’t get the key next interview with the actual hiring manager. Finally, many times I have been told I am over qualified, which to me feels very much like age discrimination; I’m 56. I hope to gain a lot of positive and applicable insight from what you all have to share and from Teja’s expertise in how to best navigate the challenges of THE JOB SEARCH.
