🏁 I just mapped the first clear win for the community I am (re)-building.
This is not the full transformation yet. It's the first result I want a new member to reach so they feel oriented, supported, and ready to keep moving. 🗺️ MY FIRST WIN MAP 😶 When someone joins, they are usually feeling: Hopeful, but skeptical that anything will really help them follow through differently this time. 💡 The first thing they need to understand is: They can get curious about the pattern without judging themselves. 🎯 The first small action they can take is: Notice one moment when they feel pulled toward an automatic choice. ✅ The first result they should be able to create is: Catch one moment when they were about to go on autopilot. 👀 They will know they got the win when: They notice the pattern before, during, or shortly after it happens and can name what was going on. 🌱 This win matters because: Once they can see the moment when the pattern takes over, they have somewhere practical to begin making a different choice. 🤝 The simplest way I can guide them there is: Guide them through a 60-second “catch the moment” check-in using one recent real-life example. 🔗 My community link: https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about/ That is the first clear win I can see right now. I am sharing it here so I can build the beginning of my community around real progress, not just more content.

This is so good! I love that you're focusing on how your new member feels 😊
🗓️ I just drafted a simple weekly rhythm for the community I am (re)-building.
This is not a full content calendar yet. It is the repeatable pattern I want members to recognize, return to, and trust. 🔁 MY WEEKLY RHYTHM STARTER 🧭 The moment that brings members back to the work is: A Monday prompt that helps members choose one real-life moment or pattern to watch for that week. 💬 The moment that invites connection or reflection is: A midweek check-in where members share what they are noticing about the pattern, without needing to have changed it yet. 🛟 The moment that helps members ask for support is: A weekly thread where members can bring one specific moment they are struggling with and receive help finding the pattern and one practical next move. ✨ The moment that celebrates or notices progress is: A Friday thread that helps members recognize noticing, pausing, choosing, and recovering as real progress. 📅 The easiest day or time for me to show up consistently is: Late morning, late afternoon ✅ The rhythm I can repeat without overcomplicating it is: Monday Notice, Wednesday Reflection, and Friday Reps, with one simple support opportunity connected to the week’s focus. 🎯 This rhythm supports the first win because: It repeatedly brings members back to finding the moment between urge and action, understanding what happened there, and recognizing noticing itself as progress. 🔗 My community link: https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about That is the weekly rhythm I can see right now. I am sharing it here so the community has a simple pattern members can return to. 🌱

I love this approach, Kathy! A rhythm like this is really wonderful for your community members (like myself) because we know what to expect next and it keeps us coming back. 😊
Are You Loving AI As Much As I Do?
I am really having a lot of fun playing around with creating tools for you, but also for myself. At this moment I am building my own Content Publishing Tool. I have processes running on Notion that create content pieces for me and place those in a Publishing Queue database in Notion. What I did up till today was find the energy to actually go and copy & paste that into Metricool to schedule it, or copy & paste it directly on platforms like Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Pinterest. Now Codex checks my Database in Notion, and when I have placed something on Approved, it will publish it for me !!!! It can even make images for me :)

@Laura Paulina oh that's such a cool project! I'm having fun this week testing out some of the new rollouts on ChatGPT, like ChatGPT sites and ChatGPT work. I'm just waiting to get Claude cowork mobile rolled out to my account so I can test that too 😊

@Laura Paulina The credits thing is a real limitation, no argument from me. I hit the ceiling plenty of times when I'm doing heavy back and forth in one session. Codex is one I haven't spent any real time in, so I'm curious how you're finding it.
Becky, welcome in.
@Becky Miller, Your About Page has such a grounded feel to it. What stood out to me is that you are not just creating a place for people to learn about divorce. You are creating a place for people who are trying to think clearly while life is changing underneath them. That is a very different kind of community. I really like the way you have already named the rebuilding path: Stabilize. Organize. Rebuild. Flourish. Those feel less like content categories and more like real stages someone moves through when they are rebuilding a life. You said you cannot answer yet what feels most daunting to run or what you would want working as an AI-powered system. And honestly, that may make sense. Sometimes the system need only becomes obvious once you can see where members get stuck first. So I’m curious where you are feeling the first need for a steady rhythm inside From We to Me. When someone joins and feels overwhelmed, which stage do you most want them to feel supported inside first? Is it Stabilize, Organize, Rebuild, or Flourish? That feels like the first place a community rhythm could really help.
