What do you want Skool to do for you?
Today I caught myself thinking about that moment where you hit โ€œcreate communityโ€ and your brain goes quiet for a second. So hi. Iโ€™m Laura. Right now, Iโ€™m building a Skool space for owners who want growth, but want it to feel calm. The kind of community where we stay close to our members even when life gets busy, and we do not have to keep repeating ourselves to keep people moving. And the thing I want Skool to do for me is simple. I want it to make the path obvious for my people. I want new members to land and instantly know where to start, what to do next, and how to get a win without me needing to be online 24/7. If youโ€™re building too, I want to meet you. What are you building right now, and what do you want Skool to do for you that it is not doing yet?

Get More Time With Your Members - Start With These 10 Questions
If you built your community because you genuinely love being close to your peopleโ€ฆ and lately it feels like you spend most of your energy keeping things moving instead of actually connecting with themโ€ฆ that feeling is worth paying attention to. A well-built community should give you more time with your members as it grows, not less. The 10 questions below are designed to show you exactly where that time is going, and what to build first to start getting more time with your members back. ANSWER THIS (honest answers only, no polishing needed): 1) What is your Skool community about? Who is it for and what result are members working toward? 2) What happens when someone joins right now? Walk me through the first 24 to 48 hours. What do they see, receive, and do? 3) Do members know what to do next at every stage? Or do they tend to go quiet after the first few days? 4) How is your classroom organized? How many classrooms do you have, and does the content follow a clear path or is it more of a library? 5) What does your weekly rhythm look like? What happens inside the community every week, and who is driving it? 6) What is the one task you find yourself doing over and over again? The thing you rebuild, re-explain, or manually handle every single week. 7) Do you have a backend system for your community? Anything in Notion, a spreadsheet, or somewhere else that tracks members, content, or operations? 8) Are you using AI anywhere in your community right now? If yes, where? If no, what task would you most want AI to handle? 9) What is the one part of your community that you are not sure how to make repeatable? The piece that still depends on you figuring it out fresh every time. 10) If your community ran calmly for a full week without you manually holding it togetherโ€ฆ What would that actually look like? The gaps in a Skool community almost never come from a lack of content, calls, or consistency. They come from not yet having a few simple things in place that let the community move forward without you manually pushing it every day.

The Member Journey Map
Stop Building Skool Classrooms Before You Have a Member Journey Map Most Skool owners build classrooms firstโ€ฆ In this one I break down the five-stage member journey that shows you what to build, in what order, before you add another room. Here's what's inside: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Why stacking classrooms makes the retention problem worse ๐Ÿ‘‰ The one thing that has to exist before any classroom does anything ๐Ÿ‘‰ The 7-day window that decides if a new member stays or quietly leaves ๐Ÿ‘‰ When the premium ask actually lands โ€” and when it costs you trust Watch it in the Build Your Skool Classroom here: The Member Journey Map P.S. You can find the free animated guide inside there as well

What Should I Create Next?
You'll find an overview in each classroom for what will be coming in the classroom, if you want me to start with a specific one, please let me know. I'm always looking for ways to help you win. If there's a video tutorial, template, or tool that would make your life easier... I want to know about it. Drop your request below ๐Ÿ‘‡ I can't promise I'll make everything, but your ideas directly shape what goes into the classroom
