Welcome to our newest waves of Steady Operators
We have had a whole new wave of members join us recently, and I want to welcome you all together. Even though you are not all building the exact same thing, there is a beautiful, consistent pattern I keep noticing in this group. You are not just trying to "start a Skool." You are trying to create a space that helps people feel less alone, make a clear first move, and have something genuinely useful to come back to. That show of care looks different for each of you: @Lauren Baker, you have several creative communities in motion: The Content Creator Coven, Bombed Squad: Comic Aftercare, Poverty Planning, and The Content Creator Cave, and the opportunity may be choosing the main experiment instead of trying to make every room carry the same weight at once. @Jennifer R. Cohen, Ph.D, your housesitting work inside Harvesting Ease with JRC and The HouseSitter Starter Kit has a beautiful promise around ease, freedom, and possibility. The next layer is helping people move from “this sounds amazing” to “I know my first step.”

Looking for Skool community owners to test SkoolCue with me
I’m looking for 𝐦𝐚𝐱 𝟓 Skool community owners who would like to help me test SkoolCue before its Chrome Web Store launch. 𝐒𝐤𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐂𝐮𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: - See which members and conversations need attention - Remember previous member interactions - Prepare thoughtful follow-ups with AI - Find useful post ideas from community conversations - Draft and schedule Skool posts - Create keyword-triggered comments and AutoDMs - Review community activity and engagement I need 𝟐 𝐭𝐨 𝟓 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 the complete experience with their own Skool community. From installing the extension and connecting their community to trying the checkout and confirming that Pro access activates correctly. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝: - Own or manage a Skool community - Use Google Chrome - Be comfortable giving honest feedback - Be available for a short support call if something is unclear As one of the testers, you’ll receive continued SkoolCue Pro access for free, instead of the current-member price of $12 per month. Non-members will pay $19/month. I’ll personally help you get started and will be available while you test it. Interested? Comment 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 below and I’ll contact you with the details.

🗓️ I just drafted a simple weekly rhythm for the community I am (re)-building.
This is not a full content calendar yet. It is the repeatable pattern I want members to recognize, return to, and trust. 🔁 MY WEEKLY RHYTHM STARTER 🧭 The moment that brings members back to the work is: A Monday prompt that helps members choose one real-life moment or pattern to watch for that week. 💬 The moment that invites connection or reflection is: A midweek check-in where members share what they are noticing about the pattern, without needing to have changed it yet. 🛟 The moment that helps members ask for support is: A weekly thread where members can bring one specific moment they are struggling with and receive help finding the pattern and one practical next move. ✨ The moment that celebrates or notices progress is: A Friday thread that helps members recognize noticing, pausing, choosing, and recovering as real progress. 📅 The easiest day or time for me to show up consistently is: Late morning, late afternoon ✅ The rhythm I can repeat without overcomplicating it is: Monday Notice, Wednesday Reflection, and Friday Reps, with one simple support opportunity connected to the week’s focus. 🎯 This rhythm supports the first win because: It repeatedly brings members back to finding the moment between urge and action, understanding what happened there, and recognizing noticing itself as progress. 🔗 My community link: https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about That is the weekly rhythm I can see right now. I am sharing it here so the community has a simple pattern members can return to. 🌱

@Micki Kosman I find it so hard to settle into a rhythm! I think it's because I'm always bursting with ideas and things I want to say...🤠
🏁 I just mapped the first clear win for the community I am (re)-building.
This is not the full transformation yet. It's the first result I want a new member to reach so they feel oriented, supported, and ready to keep moving. 🗺️ MY FIRST WIN MAP 😶 When someone joins, they are usually feeling: Hopeful, but skeptical that anything will really help them follow through differently this time. 💡 The first thing they need to understand is: They can get curious about the pattern without judging themselves. 🎯 The first small action they can take is: Notice one moment when they feel pulled toward an automatic choice. ✅ The first result they should be able to create is: Catch one moment when they were about to go on autopilot. 👀 They will know they got the win when: They notice the pattern before, during, or shortly after it happens and can name what was going on. 🌱 This win matters because: Once they can see the moment when the pattern takes over, they have somewhere practical to begin making a different choice. 🤝 The simplest way I can guide them there is: Guide them through a 60-second “catch the moment” check-in using one recent real-life example. 🔗 My community link: https://www.skool.com/fit-women-50-4957/about/ That is the first clear win I can see right now. I am sharing it here so I can build the beginning of my community around real progress, not just more content.

Starter Roadmap Day 7 - Next Build Priority
Day 7 of the 7-Day Community Starter Roadmap is where everything you mapped turns into one cleaner next move. By now, you have looked at: - your community starting point - your member journey - your first clear win - your welcome flow - your weekly rhythm - your classroom path Now we decide what should happen next. 👉 Start with Day 7 here: Next Build Priority List Today’s companion guide helps you create your Next Build Priority List. You will sort: - what you understand more clearly now - what still feels loose - what should be built first - what can wait - what belongs inside the full Blueprint - what decision you need to make next Open the Day 7 guide, fill in the panel, then click Copy Priority Post. Then click Share in the community, paste it here in Build in Public, and include your community link if you want people to follow what becomes clearer from here. This is where the link can create an open loop. People have seen the starting point, the journey, the first win, the welcome, the rhythm, and the path. Now they get to see what you are choosing next. That makes the community feel alive without making the post feel like a launch announcement. The right person can click because they want to see where it goes. That is the quiet conversion path. 👉 Start with Day 7 here: Next Build Priority List The goal was never to finish the whole community in seven days. The goal was to see the shape clearly enough to know what to build next. .

I have to say this has been a really great exercise. I know I went through 7 days in just a few hours, but my community is almost one year old, and I have a lot of strategy already mapped out, but getting it all together in one place is super helpful. Thank you for the awesome experience in the interactive tools that you put together.❤️
