@Kit Concepcion Haha nothing exciting or creative, lean beef, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli. Cheap and cheerful haha
💛 For Anyone Starting the Reset Today — What’s Your Best Tip?
Hey Community! We’ve all learned something along the way—big lessons, small habits, little mindset shifts that made the Reset easier or more meaningful. If someone were starting the 28-Day Reset today, what’s one tip you’d share with them? It could be about meals, logging, mindset, steps, hydration, or even staying consistent on tough days. Your advice might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. 💛Drop your tip in the comments!

I agree with Peter, the challenge has positively impacted my life in many ways as I have committed to each component. Not just on the scales, but mentally, and my overall confidence, the journaling is something I have never done before, and never thought I would, but has had a huge impact and will carry this forward in my life. My two pieces of advice would be: keep it simple! Find out what works for you, and stick with it. If that is steps at 5am or 10pm, eating steamed chicken and broccoli every day, logging data at the same time of day, as Peter has said, commit to it, it’s a challenge, don’t complicate it! The second piece would be if you are doing the challenge as it’s designed, and the scale numbers aren’t falling like you want, believe that big changes are still happening to you every day in other ways, if you are sticking with it daily; be patient and results will come!

@Kit Concepcion die hard for me, but love home alone! Wife loves love actually, and always fun sitting through that! Kids love the grinch. One of my favourite things is throwing Tony Bennett’s Snowfall Vinyl on and listening to that!
How Are You Feeling This Week?
As we start a new week, I wanted to check in on how you’re feeling. I’ve seen a few of you share that last week was busy, messy, or full of unexpected things — and yet you still showed up. That matters. That counts. 💛 Maybe you’ve paused for a while. Maybe you’ve doubted yourself. Maybe you’re wondering if you’re still making progress or if you’ve already fallen behind. Or maybe you just haven’t felt like your best lately. And still… you’re here. Still standing. 💪 Still trying. Still choosing to move forward, even when it’s hard. Remember this: Whatever higher power you believe in — God, the universe, or simply the strength within you — challenges aren’t placed in your life to break you. They reveal your resilience. They build your character. They strengthen your faith. ✨ And on the days you feel lost or unsure, lean on this community. You don’t have to carry everything alone. Your journey is our journey — we rise together, fall together, and get back up together. 🤝🔥 Let’s make this week lighter, stronger, and more intentional — one choice at a time. 🌱💛

Love the honestly and self accountability of this community. Share the wins and losses equally. Think that’s important through this time, we are all finding this one tougher, but we are here and giving it our best shot.
