Current struggles?
What is the biggest thing you’re struggling with today? Or lately? I’ll go first. For me, it’s been letting go of certain things that are out of my control. It brings about fear unconsciously even though I consciously know everything will be okay. Anytime it comes up, I sit with it, breathe through it and remind myself I am safe. It’s been less and less each day as new neural pathways are strengthening which is a nice sign of progress.

@Daniela Richier something that took me a while to be okay with is that negative thoughts are normal, negative feelings as well. It boils down to how we navigate them. Feel them, let them flow through but don’t feed into them by getting angry, mad, wondering how or why they still come up or even lingering in them. You can think of them as old ghosts moving through as you upgrade within, things buried deep will resurface. The less you feed them, the more they fade into the background. I’ll go deeper into this with another post! 🤗

@Daniela Richier I shared more on it on fridays post! I hope it was a little more in depth and helpful for you! ❤️
The “I am” statement
The “I am” statement can limit healing by fusing a disease or disorder to your core identity, making it feel permanent and part of who you are—like saying “I am anxious” or “I am depressed.” This reinforces a story of brokenness, submitting you to the condition and blocking your ability to move past it, as it claims ownership and weighs you down. Instead, reframe it as a temporary state: “I’m experiencing anxiety right now.” This sounds almost obnoxious and extra but if you feel the need to say something at all, reframing it in a way that detaches it from your identity is a key step in the right direction. It allows you to observe it objectively, let go of resistance, and open space for healing, recognizing you’re already whole at a deeper level. As we know, our thoughts, our words, they’re powerful. In practice, this fosters neuroplasticity, rewiring the brain to support recovery through affirming wholeness. For chronic conditions, acceptance doesn’t mean resignation—it empowers proactive steps. The biggest statement to claim and empower yourself is Ultimately, embody “I am whole,” drop the labels, and trust your body’s innate balance. Thoughts or feelings, or even questions! I’m here for it! 🥹🫶🏻🙌🏻

@Daniela Richier yes!! This is a great start! It’s normal to still get caught saying my anxiety or whatever it may be. Making it who you are. You’re creating new neural pathways with the new thoughts and beliefs and the old ones will still pop up as your mind likes to flow with the paths that are least resistant, meaning your negative thoughts or old beliefs are the ones your mind is used to. Within two weeks of daily practice of showing up for yourself, you’ll really start to see and feel those old thoughts fade and eventually your body in the 3d will catch up as well. It takes time for the mind the create new pathways and then the body plays catch up from there.

@Daniela Richier you are so welcome! 🤗
Short share today on negative feelings/ thoughts 😊❤️
Something I’ve come to understand: even when you’re regulated and aware, negative thoughts or feelings still pop up, it’s normal. They’re like old echoes working their way out as you upgrade. The key isn’t stopping them (you can’t), it’s not feeding them. Acknowledge: ‘Oh, there you are, old stuff, not mine.’ Breathe, feel it for a sec, then let it float. Use whatever tool clicks, breath, affirmations, a quick walk, until it’s down to a 1 or 2 hum even zero if possible on a scale of 10. But lessening the feeling is key to moving through. No spiral, no control. The less you engage, the faster they fade. Everyone’s toolkit looks different; keep experimenting and trying to figure out what works for you. You’re not failing if they show up. You’re just human, and you’re moving through. ❤️

@Samuel Freeman yessss!! This is amazing! Both light and dark exist, it’s who you choose to feed. Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re there any specific techniques you did each day or just showing up to your thoughts?

@Samuel Freeman this is such a great start for anyone to do! Not over complicating or overwhelming yourself. Three small things each day. It’s also nice to see your progress when you keep note of such things. It’s something I see in my sessions with my clients, why we note things. That even just a week in between sessions, they don’t realize some of the changes that occurred until they read over their notes with me! So proud of you and thank you for sharing this! 🤗
