Tracking
Are you someone who finds it difficult to track your food when trying to lose weight or resolve a specific health concern? If so, why?

I had fallen off the tracking wagon. And for me it was really working about a year ago. So I jumped back on and have been tracking for almost a month and I am seeing some good changes now. Focusing on eating more protein and noticing Iโ€™m not in need of those snacks. Itโ€™s also helping my workouts etc. I find for me itโ€™s about knowing what works.

@Holly Harding yes! And it really shows up those โ€œlittleโ€ things like the olive oil over usage and butter or those grabs of chocolate covered almonds if you do it all the time can add up. Itโ€™s not being crazy about it but knowing. And learning to get to know how much you need.

What does โ€œbeing fitโ€ mean to you now versus 10 years ago?
I know 10 years ago, for me, I just wanted to be lean, like see my ribs lean. Now, I want to be strong and lean. 10 years ago I always just wanted cut abs. I thought eating less was the key so I jumped from fad diet to fad diet. When it came to fitness I tried at home workouts but never stayed at it. Now I workout for my mental health and I have leaned so much from Holly about nutrition and accountability.
Hormonal Belly
Iโ€™m curious about what is sometimes called the โ€œhormonal bellyโ€. Itโ€™s my one spot that irks me and I think I need to delve more into how to help get rid of it?
