Anyone have any tips for getting up from a fall? I am a plus size woman. And wonder if anyone has any alternative tricks they use to get up. I try to put one skate on the floor from a kneeling position but just can't push up. Feels like a pistol squat that I can't finish. Difficulty getting up is the only reason I fear falling.
