Happy New Year, everyone 🎉
Happy New Year, everyone 🎉 As we step into a new year, one reminder I’m carrying forward is this: growth doesn’t come from motivation alone it comes from clarity, consistency, and fixing what already isn’t working.... Before chasing new goals, it helps to pause and ask: • What slowed me down last year? • What systems or habits need tightening? • What should I stop doing not just start doing? A new year is a fresh page, but the real advantage comes from learning from the last chapter, not repeating it... Wishing everyone a year of better decisions, stronger systems, and steady progress. Let’s build smarter this year...

@Jonathan Hutchins Check Dm. You shouldn’t post the REIA publicly, I think there’s one in every town. Let’s catch up more in the DM
Don’t Ignore Tired Landlords... Understand Them 📉➡️📈
Evictions take time. Repairs drain cash. Tenants miss payments. For many landlords, 2025 hasn’t been “passive income” it’s been constant pressure. This is why so many property owners are quietly burning out. If you’re in real estate, here’s the lesson: • Learn to identify landlord fatigue • Ask better questions about their rental struggles • Offer clarity when they feel stuck • Become a solution, not a salesperson When landlords are exhausted, they don’t want hype they want relief. And relief often turns into fair, win-win opportunities. Motivated landlords aren’t desperate. They’re ready for an exit that makes sense.

One mistake I made early in wholesaling (that cost me time)
One thing I learned the hard way early in wholesaling is this.. Trying to do everything alone slows you down. When I started, I thought asking questions made me look inexperienced. So I made avoidable mistakes that others had already solved. The moment things changed for me was when I started sharing my challenges with the right people not everyone, but people who were already where I wanted to be. You don’t need to know everything. You just need to learn faster than your mistakes. If you’re stuck right now, chances are someone in this group has already been through it.
