Your Energy Is Sacred—Who’s in Your Circle?
Personal growth isn’t just about what you consume—it’s about who you surround yourself with. Your daily interactions shape your habits, beliefs, and ultimately, your success. Ask yourself: • Do the people closest to you encourage your personal evolution? • Are they aligned with the mindset, goals, and values you’re striving for? • Do they inspire action or reinforce stagnation? Growth requires intention. And sometimes very difficult decisions to let go. Years ago I decided to cut people from my life that didn't bring value. What I found was those same people brought nothing but negativity. At the time I was focused on ensuring the generation I created was safe. I made the toughest decision to stop speaking to my biological father. I protected the generation I created from the generation I came from! Drop ONE way you’re cultivating a stronger, more inspiring environment for yourself this year!

Those are such great questions. I have definitely been focusing on more intention in the things that I do for my mental health and for my relationships around me. I definitely think that surrounding ourselves with people who challenge us and build us up are so important.
Our focus
A lesson I keep learning time after time is that the thoughts that we focus on, the fears that we can't stop thinking about, the failure that we think we are doomed to, will come true if that is our focus. It isn't even intentional, but we will start to self sabotage ourselves to make those fears or thoughts come true. An example is that I have been worried about my business failing. What I realized is that when I focus on that, when that is all I can think about I end up doing the things that will make my business fail. For instance I end up distracting myself with things that don't matter, or think I am too busy to actually take the steps that I need to take. I realized how I was sabotaging myself unintentionally. I want to succeed so badly, but I was getting in my own way. Don't get me wrong those fears don't go away, but being able to recognize that we are sabotaging ourselves and readjusting our focus on where we want to go and who we want to become really does change the outcome.

It's Always Dark Before The Dawn
Hi All! Happy Holidays! I know some of us will be enjoying our times through the Holidays and some of us will be experiencing pains and other things. As the Year of the Dragon and Transformation comes to a close, I just wanted to voice a very powerful thing that many of us forget as the Pendulum swings throughout our Transformation Path, and that is: "It is always Dark before the Dawn" Don't just quickly read that. Spend time to reflect on those words as they have a lot of power in their meaning in many different areas. When you are attempting to grow, or try something new, or step into an energetic state of BEing something different; know that the Universe will put you through a phase of Darkness before you are able to experience the Dawn -- the new light. Whatever you are attempting to do in your life right now, if things are rough, then it is because you set an Intention to be something different -- to have a new reality -- to bring change to this world. The Universe is recognizing this Intention and therefore it is putting you IN-Tension. You need to experience Darkness; Tension; before you can step into the Dawn. Don't lose hope! Allow yourself to smile in the Darkness. Your Smile and Joy and Trust in the Universe -- and your Gratitude for what's to come -- is what will eradicate the Darkness. I have a lot of Love and Joy in me today, even though I'm in a phase of Darkness. I have a ton of Love and Joy because I'm stepping into a state of Enthusiasm as I'm SUPER Excited for what's to come! And what is to come...is the Dawn. Hold on, the Dawn is near. The Year of the Snake is upon us and it will be a year to shed away things that no longer serve us. It will be a year that allows us to grow new skin and life and begin feeling Alive. It will allow us to shed away the Darkness. But be Patient, for everyone's Season is their own Season. Not everyone will step out of the Darkness at the same time. Each of us have our own Journey. Continue to show Love, Gratitude, Trust, and embody Enthusiasm, and the Universe will reward you with the manifested reality you are Stepping Into.

I love this picture of hope for the new year. It's definitely been a rough year in parts of my life and looking forward to what is to come has been something I have been working on. Also I agree with some others that all truths are half truths because we all see things differently. I totally agree with that.

@Mario Bianco Aww thank you! This means a lot. I do feel like I am already starting to take steps to changing the things that I had felt stuck in. I feel like things are coming into place the way that I feel good about them and not trying to do it the way others think I should. It is feeling good and I am excited to see what happens. Thank you again. This was really encouraging.

@Celise Deni I am a coach who helps with food freedom, body confidence and building healthy habits. I have been doing the coaching part for many years, but the marketing and selling part is a whole new beast for me. And I will say I have definitely had my ups and downs with it, but I do believe that what I offer is so important. So hope and trust is something that I definitely have been building on. ❤️

@Mario Bianco I didn't know there was another one. I will have to check it out.
Planning my 2025
I just finished reviewing each month of 2024—where I was, what I did, and what I was feeling in those moments. This exercise helped me put things into perspective, appreciate the journey, and not take for granted that where I am now is the result of countless circumstances and decisions I made along the way. I first tried this exercise last year, and it helped me tremendously in valuing my progress and experiences. Now, I’m shifting my focus to review where I stand in the areas of my life that matter most to me and set a clear goal for each one for 2025. What techniques do you use to evaluate your life and set goals for the new year?

I really like this idea. I haven't gotten a chance yet to look back, but I feel like it would show me that I have been more productive than I think and to see what impacted productivity and progress the most.
