Spreading Positive Affirmations ✨
For over 4 years, I’ve been listening to and practicing positive affirmations as part of my techniques to maintain a high vibration energy, strengthen my self-esteem, and reprogram my subconscious. Since it had such a profound impact on me, this year I decided to take it a step further and start sharing it with others, so I created my own YouTube channel. ☺️ I love doing this because it allows me to craft my own affirmations and then listen to them in my own voice, which I feel is even more powerful. This is my first video. It’s in Spanish, but you can turn on captions and practice the language! Planning my 2025
I just finished reviewing each month of 2024—where I was, what I did, and what I was feeling in those moments. This exercise helped me put things into perspective, appreciate the journey, and not take for granted that where I am now is the result of countless circumstances and decisions I made along the way. I first tried this exercise last year, and it helped me tremendously in valuing my progress and experiences. Now, I’m shifting my focus to review where I stand in the areas of my life that matter most to me and set a clear goal for each one for 2025. What techniques do you use to evaluate your life and set goals for the new year?

@Jamiu Bello I practice affirmations every day—mentally, out loud, and by writing them down. I also enjoy listening to audios with positive affirmations. They help create neural connections that reinforce “those truths,” shaping how we perceive ourselves and our potential. What do you think about it?
Morning workout
These days, I’m experiencing a mix of emotions that have me feeling anxious and stressed, but sticking to my workout routine helps me find my balance. I’ve also started incorporating daily meditation, even if it’s just for 5 minutes. Who else finds the gym to be their grounding space?

First Public Educational YouTube Video - The Power of Your Beliefs - REAL Manifestation
Here is my first educational video where I just ranted about my views on the power of your beliefs and how I believe real manifestation works. I understand many of us have our own views on manifestation, this is my current view as I've been using it over the past few months to watch my reality unfold in pretty magical ways that are larger than just me. I used to have a more intense and focused way of manifesting (which also worked) but now I'm experimenting newer ways of manifesting. I'm seeking manifestations of a global impact rather than just a selfish impact (not saying selfish manifestation is bad, I'm just saying it's not quite me anymore -- perhaps it will be again in the future, but for now I enjoy my more magical way of manifesting as it makes life more fun as the Universe brings things unknown to you as you Let Go and get carried down the river of Structural Tension to bring you to your new Reality). I'm not sure if I'm supposed to share this here but I figured I would share that it's one of the precursors to me starting my coaching as I envision myself as a YouTuber that creates educational content in a way that most people have yet to witness (I'm able to see things that many people can't). I just need more practice and a whiteboard and once I get in the flow then I'll be able to let go. I posted it originally in Vic's program but I also enjoy the community of High Vibe Tribers here so I figured it could be beneficial for me to get feedback for this community as well. I am excited to join this community and see what I can learn here. Please share with me the most important takeaway that you have personally learned from this group. My desire is to heal myself and become whole again. The times that I ‘feel’ whole have been my greatest manifesting moments….however, it is hard for me to hold onto that for any length of time because I feel so terribly fragmented beyond repair.

It’s not about holding onto wholeness perfectly but recognizing that even in fragmented moments, there is strength and growth happening.
