I took the free online sourdough starter workshop with Anna Botti on July 31st. I started doing my starter on Saturday august 16th. On the 1st day it tripled in size but ever since, after every feed, it only doubles in size and sometimes it barely doubles in size. I am following the instructions of the manual and using the right flour types but after almost 10 days, i still don’t have an active starter and I don’t know Why and don’t know what to do next, if I should feed it once or twice per day,…Thank you for every information 😊
