This week’s wins are a reminder that results don’t come from perfect weeks - they come from standards, planning, and owning your shit when life gets messy. Different guys, different situations, same theme: no excuses, just execution. Here’s who showed up this week and why it matters... Mich: Mich has been killing the program so far averaging 1.5-2 lbs of weight loss per week. He knew last weekend was gonna come with some big eats, so he planned like an adult instead of “hoping it works out.” Pulled out some cals from Monday & Tuesday to balance out his weekend, stayed in control and kept on track with his weight loss. That’s the whole game right there - structure and planning so you can live life on your terms, not your cravings’. Grant: This man is just crushing it in every aspect of his life right now. He's getting sent to a major film festival in January because his work performance has been that damn good. And somehow he’s been traveling a TON, still going out for drinks with friends (I see your IG stories bro you can't hide from me haha) but the man is grinding hard, and still staying locked into the program while pulling sick results with some crazy progress pictures this week. This guy is the opposite of excuses - just executing in every lane. Paul: Paul’s been showing insane discipline while life throws the kitchen sink at him - injuries, blood clots, buying a condo, running a business, doing nuclear stress tests (still not fully sure what those are), and breaking old habits at the same time. With all this going on, the way he's been showing up in the gym is insane. This week he dropped 3.5 lbs - his biggest week yet - during the hardest time of year to stay consistent. Super fucking proud of his commitment to his health and fitness. Michael: This is a weird one but it’s a real one. Last week was rough - missed workouts, out of integrity, the whole thing. But instead of disappearing and pretending it didn’t happen, he owned it and brought it to me straight. He knows this is where he usually falls off (after ~2 months of momentum), and he’s made it crystal clear he’s not being that guy anymore. He’s coming into this week with a different standard and I’m genuinely fucking excited to watch him prove it. Ringing out the new year powerfully for an even better year in 2026.
