How I Did $500 in Total Sales WITHOUT ADS & Sold My Online Business to a Hungry Buyer [Sell Your Shopify Store Yourself]
How I Did $500 in Total Sales WITHOUT ADS & Sold My Online Business to a Hungry Buyer [Sell Your Shopify Store Yourself] # How to sell your products like a gangster... If the idea of an exit plan for your e-commerce business s at this point sounds ridiculous to you, then you need to read this whole post. So, why should you even be thinking about selling your e-commerce store, you ask? Well, we’re all going to die, right? Are you going to take that Armenian buttplug store to the grave with you? Didn’t think so. So, as annoying and distracting as it may sound to think about something that you may not be ready (or even able) to do at this point, it’s critically important that you start to conduct your work ***THROUGH*** these priorities so that the work you’re doing **NOW** is in complete alignment with what is needed **LATER** for a successful sale. Because you *do* want to sell your store eventually, *right*? # The problem with running paid ads ALONE Ads (can) produce fast results if you know what you’re doing. But, if your store's entire existence is hanging on paid ads, you are sitting on a potential ticking time bomb with nothing to save you. How so? Because your entire store is hinged on whether Facebook, Google or TikTok decide to restrict or ban you based on how grumpy their algorithms are. Your sales stop cold. Then you’re forced to beg and plead like a little bitch to the Bay Area brogade. I don’t need to go into how often that happens, because you see the stories everywhere and I've had it happen to me as well. When you’re ***only*** doing paid ads, you’re always playing this stupid cat and mouse game with Silicon Valley douchebags for the privilege of driving people to your store in the hopes that you can sell those Armenian buttplugs you spent months researching. Paid ads as your *only* traffic source don't build a properly diversified traffic foundation for your store, **WHICH IS WHAT BUYERS LOOK FOR**. Your store needs more than just ads; it needs **INTRINSIC VALUE** and ads do not create intrinsic value for your store, because ads are about **ARBITRAGE**.

Hit my first $2k this month!!!!"
"Hit my first $2k this month!!!!" "In January 2025, I decided to make $5,000 every week with dropshipping. My plan was to earn more than I did while working. I watched lots of dropshipping videos on YouTube, but many were fake and didn't help but gave few insights. They just wanted views. Now, I can tell what advice is real and what's just for clicks. Till March 2025, I didn't see any real progress. My motivation came from checking clicks on Google Search Console and seeing other niche site owners' earnings. At some point, I thought maybe dropshipping wasn't for me. But in August 2025, things changed. I started managing my store differently based on helpful guide and help, and I made my first sale. Now, I'm close to making $2,000 every month. The challenge is to keep it up and do even better. That's my story so far. I'm really happy and proud. Thanks for reading!"

Nail these 3 things
When you think about e-commerce, you typically think about the word drop shipping. But drop shipping is just one form of e-commerce. There are many others. If you sell something on eBay, that’s e-commerce too. So, when talking about e-commerce, you can really only play around or influence the following variables: **Product x Offer x Traffic** **Product:** Your store's product selection. Is it niche-specific (is it appealing to a specific group of people)? Is it unique? Does it solve a problem your audience has? Does it have a "WOW factor"? **Offer:** Your website's product and checkout pages and all the respective info they contain. They should be optimized for conversions (sales). Plus all technical aspects (page load speed, etc.) **Traffic:** People who access your website at different stages of your sales funnel. There are may ways you can generate traffic (organic and paid). These 3 factors are connected through multiplcation, that is, if one of them is bad, the end result will be bad. Obviously the opposite holds true as well. And before launching your first online store, you should start at the product level and thoroughly research your niche. Try to identify unique products that your audience would love and only then start building your store. You will not only have a better idea of potential winning products, but also save a lot of money in the process.

Tiktok is Hitting Hard
Closed out today on this, I've been super happy all day, but it's back to the grind. If you take anything away from this screenshot, remember that you can do it. I started dropshipping around the same time I joined this groups. I've seen quite a few people come and go, but honestly, I haven't seen anyone who puts in the work and doesn't quit fail. It's all about consistency. A week ago, I decided to try TikTok again. At the start, it was rocky; I was losing money on products I thought would work, but I didn’t quit. I kept testing, testing, testing, and eventually, I found the product. Most of you would look at the product I'm running and skip past it. Products don't need to be game-changing or viral for you to run them. I found the product from a single creator on TikTok and thought, "That could work," so I tested it. Don't overcomplicate things, don’t follow the crowd, and stay consistent, and I promise you we all are going to make it! I still have a long way to go, but I'm super happy with the progress I've made. No one's told me to say this, but honesty I have to share this to anyone looking to start running ads or not focusing well on your ads and targeting

Why you're not successful yet
If you want to be successful using the dropshipping method then STOP WATCHING DROPSHIPPING GURUS YOUTUBE VIDEOS. Learn website design, marketing, e-commerce, how to build a brand, how different audiences think, why people buy the things they buy. You CANNOT watch a couple dropshipping guru videos and expect to have success following their ‘super simple and easy’ guide. This is not how you become successful. For all that is holy STOP picking the first product that you see. The world doesn’t need more lava lamp sellers, it doesn’t need more starry sky projectors. Research your products smartly and find out how to solve a problem and bring out an emotional response from your audience. It will not work by just slapping some over-saturated product on a shopify template with no marketing plan. Please take more care and increase your effort or maybe business in e-commerce isn’t for you. Good luck!
