As a teacher of English as a second language, I find the idea of repatterining and energy to be very interesting. Some classes are easy to teach as the students are high energy and they feed that energy to me. Other classes are very low energy and I find that very draining. I guess in those classes I am blocking myself and teaching for the outcome, which takes away the element of fun. I think I must try to open up and be as authentic as possible in those classes and bring some energy back in. Thanks Aaron for opening my eyes, and hopefully raising my energy and vibration!

self realized people say that to become one with everything... we must "become empty" what does that mean to "become empty?" can it mean when we let go of desire and ego... that then we become a vessel for the divine to flow through? the key I've found for this that has completely transformed my life has been around focusing on the energy and process instead of the end result... I apply this to my purpose… I focus on making great videos and having fun with it I focus on helping people connect ideas in a new way Telling better stories Adding value to people And then HOW the videos do and who they reach… is NOT my thing to manage… I can give it up to God or the universe If you are going on a date… Your job is to have fun, express the real you and to be yourself 100% Whether they like you or not is NOT your thing to manage… The funny thing is… when you are focused on the process… you have more fun, enjoy it AND… You may find the results are better than ever!
