Start with the first course to learn the basics and terminology. Then each other course can be done independently. There are lots to choose from and more coming. For instance the Diaphragm Mastery:
1. Wake up 2. Breath work 3. Ice bath 4. Protein shake & vitamins 5. Validate & prioritize the day's schedule/tasks based on any new info that's come in overnight 6. Exercise
Wake up time is generally 5:30 am - 7 am. Bedtime is 9:30 pm - 12 am. Mostly work dependent, but sometimes kid dependent too. I try to prioritize sleep above all other things. I'll sleep in or go to bed earlier weekends if I feel exhausted from the week.
