Sitting in gratitude for the space that the N.O.W Academy has provided for me these last two weeks. Showing up to the calls, being able to express what is on my mind and heart has been a medicine much needed on the path, in a consistent way. The deep presence called forth, to receive what it is that others come to the space to share and gift, leaves my heart open to the abundance of Life that I’m surrounded by. Welcoming in clarity as I proceed forward in life with my eyes and heart open to the beauty. Contemplating on the resilience of those who came before me, without such resources available. Regardless of circumstances, an internal turmoil. The strength that was bred through the times, and just as well, in the process, the self neglect that may have been present. Thankful to be living and breathing the change in paradigms. The shift, in which we all share the blessing of witnessing and stepping into the fullness of being. Much love to Kale and Uncle Song for creating this space full of magic🌬️💙 And to the other faces and pillars of this community that help nourish the garden🌿🌱 Grateful to bloom together🌺

Hi there everyone, a few of you I may know, however most I have yet to meet. My name is Michael Hanna born and raised in Los Angeles and currently living here in LA I’m 30yrs old/young Of Mexican and Egyptian background And proud pawrent of 3 gatos😺 I have been on a journey the last 3 yrs of self discovery and understanding patterns that have unconsciously directed my life Many gifts have been present on this path to help deepen the roots of connection to creator through myself as well as others. This community, being another one of those gifts. I stepped in to this community, unaware of what exactly I was looking to give or gain from being present in this space. However, knowing that consistency has been an obstacle I’ve allowed to deter the momentum in my life. My objective in this community is to show up consistently. To be present, not only for myself but for the community as a whole. Excited to walk alongside you brothers and sisters in this community, who look to embody more of all that they are. Grateful to be in a space created by those I trust and respect holding down a solid foundation! Hoping you all are having a blessed Sunday🙌🏽
