Where we're at: Currently in beta phase with chambers like Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC as our proof of concept. We're targeting 200 chambers/month growth toward 7,500 total chambers over the next 3 years, with projected 1.78M+ monthly active users by 2028. Biggest challenge I'm navigating: Scaling from successful local partnerships to national platform adoption while maintaining the authentic, relationship-driven culture that chambers value. It's the classic "how do you digitize trust and community" challenge.
