Michael Devous Jr. here - excited to connect with this incredible community of growth-focused founders.
Quick intro: I'm the founder of Chamber XChange Network (CXN), where we're building the digital backbone for America's 7,500 chambers of commerce and their 14M+ small business members. Think "LinkedIn meets community platform" but specifically designed for chamber collaboration and business growth.
Where we're at: Currently in beta phase with chambers like Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC as our proof of concept. We're targeting 200 chambers/month growth toward 7,500 total chambers over the next 3 years, with projected 1.78M+ monthly active users by 2028.
Biggest challenge I'm navigating: Scaling from successful local partnerships to national platform adoption while maintaining the authentic, relationship-driven culture that chambers value. It's the classic "how do you digitize trust and community" challenge.
Background: I also run Devous Media Holdings, 20+ years of mulit-media & event production, host 200+ podcast episodes (Fearless Thinking & Fearless Road), and have been helping entrepreneurs transform fear-based thinking into growth catalysts through my "Making Fear Your Friend" methodology.
Looking forward to: Learning from this group's scaling expertise and sharing insights on building authentic community platforms in traditional industries.
