Little thing but its good for the confidence. Was at the beach 2 days ago with some buddies, having a great time throwing a football and this guy walks by and just says "damn bro save some ladies for the rest of us" 3 Weeks into working with Ian in the muscle mentorship and you really can't put a price on that. Lets go crush it again today
Morning meditation. Today's theme:Thoughts
Every morning I push myself to wake up at 5:30 AM to meditate and journal some thought full self-talk take aways. I thought I'd share. Hopefully it might help someone to push forward. Respect family 💯 Journal: No one said it would be easy to get where I want to go. It's going to take laser like focus. Put blinders on from distractions. Remember whether I am willing or not will, I win every time. I mentally made that choice to do what pushes me forward or stay in the trap of habits that essentially hold me back. Be mindful of that in my thoughts today. Ask myself, AM I WILLING? HELL YES!!

Muscle Mentorship Re-Opening

The Recipe Book
Finally had a chance to type this out today, but The Recipe Book is live in the classroom tab. The concept is simple: Nutrition is a pillar for health and fitness. It can be confusing, time consuming, and is one of the most common areas where people fall short. I'm building The Recipe Book to solve for this. No matter your diet of choice, there will be recipes inside that are healthy, simple to prepare, and most importantly, fucking delicious. Taste is the most common hurdle that people face when it comes to diet, and derails more nutrition plans than anything else out there. So we're solving for that by giving you simple, step-by-step instructions on making awesome food that will move you closer to your goals. Each recipe is designed to have multiple servings, so if you need to feed multiple people and/or meal prep, we've got you covered. It is a living resource that will be getting continuous upgrades and updates each month as I test and refine more recipes. The goal being to add a minimum of 6 per month. As such, it is going to be a monthly subscription. However, for this first weekend only I'm offering a lifetime pass. One-time fee and you get lifetime access, no matter how large it grows or how much the price increases in the future. Because once it surpasses 50 recipes, I'm bumping the price up.
