The concept is simple: Nutrition is a pillar for health and fitness. It can be confusing, time consuming, and is one of the most common areas where people fall short.
I'm building The Recipe Book to solve for this. No matter your diet of choice, there will be recipes inside that are healthy, simple to prepare, and most importantly, fucking delicious.
Taste is the most common hurdle that people face when it comes to diet, and derails more nutrition plans than anything else out there.
So we're solving for that by giving you simple, step-by-step instructions on making awesome food that will move you closer to your goals.
Each recipe is designed to have multiple servings, so if you need to feed multiple people and/or meal prep, we've got you covered.
It is a living resource that will be getting continuous upgrades and updates each month as I test and refine more recipes. The goal being to add a minimum of 6 per month.
As such, it is going to be a monthly subscription.
